  • 1. What does the TenOnCall concept entail?
     

    TenOnCall provides an alternative and personalised space for corporate meetings which are often confirmed at very short notice. With 10 spacious meetings rooms, a client can literally walk into TenOnCall, select their pre-set room configuration and execute a same-day meeting, be it for 2 or up to 150 people.


    TenOnCall packages include a welcome signature ‘lemongrass’ drink, use of one meeting room with a pre-set room configuration, audio-visual equipment and an AV technician on standby, complimentary WiFi access, built-in LCD signage at the entrance foyer and, a free-flow of lifestyle cuisine and beverages throughout the booking duration.

     
     

  • 2. What type of food is served for lunch? Is it Malaysian cuisine?
     

    The free-flow of lifestyle cuisine offered at the centralised epicurean station is available throughout the booking duration. Offering a Malaysian touch with the tantalising style of the New World, the daily gastronomic temptations draw flavours from locally-produced ingredients; incorporating crisp tropical accents and classic European traditions, all guaranteed to please modern tastes. Available beverages range from fine leaf teas and choice coffee grounds to fresh fruit smoothies.

     
     

  • 3. Does the buffet cater for vegetarians?
     

    If there are guests with specific dietary needs such as strictly vegetarian, low-sodium or diabetics-friendly, we are more than happy to cater for them. Of course, prior notice would be required.

     
     

  • 4. Can the public/non-TenOnCall guests use the dining facility if they are prepared to pay for their food and drinks?
     

    The TenOnCall dining facilities and wi-fi access are limited to TenOnCall guests, who have selected the TenOnCall package.

     
     

  • 5. If additional rooms are required e.g. for breakout sessions, what is the rate?
     

    The TenOnCall packages are applicable on a per guest per room basis. Additional room rental will apply for additional rooms required.

     
     

  • 6. Are the weekday and weekend rates the same?
     

    TenOnCall operates from Monday to Sunday, with the same rates throughout.

     
     

  • 7. How many packages does TenOnCall have?
     

    We offer three TenOnCall packages i.e. a full-day package at RM150++ per person which includes breakfast, morning and afternoon tea and lunch, a half-day package at RM130++ per person with one tea-break and lunch and a RM100++ per person package with one tea-break.

     
     

  • 8. When was the TenOnCall half-day packages introduced?
     

    The TenOnCall half-day packages were rolled-out in March 2009 and are specially designed for those who require shorter meeting times. As a market leader in the meetings industry, the Centre is always looking at opportunities to respond to market needs. The two TenOnCall half-day packages are for up to four hours, either from 09:00-13:00hrs or 14:00-18:00hrs, Mondays to Sundays.

     
     

  • 9. What is the difference between the two TenOnCall half-day packages?
     

    The two TenOnCall half-day packages are for up to four hours any time from 09:00-13:00hrs or 14:00-18:00hrs, Mondays to Sundays. The RM130++ per person package comes with one lunch and one tea-break while the RM100++ per person package offers one tea-break only. Both packages enjoy exactly the same facilities and services as the full-day package but only for a four-hour duration.

     
     

  • 10. By ‘free-flow’ of F&B, does this mean the Client can have as many rounds of tea breaks (or lunch) as possible during the meeting duration?
     

    Yes.

     
     

  • 11. What if someone takes the RM100++ half-day package (one tea-break only) but then decides to come in from 10am to 2pm and have the lunch as well?
     

    The price per head will then be changed accordingly.

     
     

  • 12. How much notice is required to book a meeting room?
     

    TenOnCall’s “just-in-time” package requires a mere 30-minute lead time for our team of dedicated professionals to put together an appropriate set-up. That’s why the facility is ideal for meetings often called at very short notice.

     
     

  • 13. If I have confirmed for 15 pax and my final attendance is only 10, will I still be billed for 15 covers?
     

    The client will be charged based on the number confirmed. Any changes to this number must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
